I just moved with my family to the Newnan area. My wife and I found a nice home. From the first contact with Gary, I could tell he was very concerned about his customers. I have been in the customer service business over 30 years myself and felt very comfortable. After speaking at length with Gary, I could tell he was conscientious and caring and not some slick salesman. Overall the inspection went very well. Gary was very thorough and professional. The report was very detailed, yet easy to understand and comprehend. The photos were great. I had a list of questions after the inspection was completed and Gary and his office manager, Nicole, were very prompt in returning my calls and emails. Gary Sloan has been the Home Inspector of choice for my clients and family since 2004. I give him an A+ for competency, knowledge and courtesy.
